Hochschild Mining plc (the "Company") announces that Navajo International Holdings Ltd ("Navajo"), an entity related to Roberto Danino, one of the Company's Executive Directors, has sold 97,298 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of £3.7702 per Share.
The transaction, which took place on 9 September 2010 and was notified to the Company today, was completed on the London Stock Exchange.
On completion of this transaction, Navajo retains an interest in 725,000 Shares.
