Director/PDMR Shareholdings

The Company announces that it was informed yesterday that Mr Nicholas Bell, executive director of the Company, on the same day transferred 18,881 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his ISA (the "Transfer"). The Transfer was made at 143 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the Transfer, Mr Bell's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.

The Company was also informed that Michael O'Connell, Finance Director of the Company, yesterday purchased 10,990 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 151 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr O'Connell also informed the Company that yesterday his daughter aged 16 purchased 2,795 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 151 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these purchases, Mr O'Connell's beneficial interest in the Company is 1,529,285 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.1 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
