Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 6.5p ("Shares") in the Company:

· On 18 December 2015, Mrs J Masojada, a connected person of Mr B E Masojada, a Director, sold 60,000 Shares at a price of 1046p each.

The transaction took place in London.

Following this transaction Mr Masojada remains interested in 3,006,378 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R.
