Director/PDMR Shareholding

ASOS Plc ("the Company") was notified today that Nicholas Robertson, Non-Executive Director, sold 1,305,000 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3,525.00 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 May 2016. 

Following this transaction, Mr Robertson holds 5,496,414 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 6.59% of the Company's issued share capital.
