Panmure Gordon & Co. plc ("the Company") announces that Lesley Watkins, non-executive director of the Company, has today purchased 46,500 ordinary shares of 4p each in the Company at a price of 10.75p.

Following this transaction, Mrs Watkins' total beneficial holding in the Company's shares is now 130,000 ordinary shares representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
