Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), the AIM quoted, integrated primary vanadium producer and energy storage provider, with ownership of high-grade assets in South Africa, ("Bushveld"), announces that on 20 July 2020 the following nominal-cost share awards over ordinary shares of 1p (the "Bonus Award") each in the Company were granted under the Conditional Share Plan (the "CSP"), which was described in the remuneration report of the Company's December 2018 and December 2019 annual reports, to certain directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") as follows:
