Quadrise Fuels International PLC02 November 2006 Quadrise Fuels International plc ("Quadrise" or "the Company") Director's Shareholding Quadrise was notified, on 31 October 2006, that on 27 October 2006, Anthony Lowrie, a director of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.75p per share.
