Director's Share Purchase

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Basil Brookes, an Executive Director, has today informed the Company that 25,459 ordinary shares in the Company were transferred from his personal and his immediate family's personal holding to his self-invested pension fund. There is no change in the beneficial ownership of these shares and his total holding remains at 855,541 ordinary shares which is 1.03% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
