Exercise of Approved Executive Scheme Options by Employee
The Company announces that it received last week a letter of exercise from an employee in respect of an exercise of options over 11,500 Ordinary Shares of 4p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 74.5p per Ordinary Share under the Approved Executive Share Option Scheme. An application for admission to listing of 11,500 new Ordinary Shares will be made in due course.
Following the exercise of share options under the Approved Executive Share Option Scheme, the issued share capital of the Company will be increased from 55,508,274 Ordinary Shares to 55,519,774 Ordinary Shares.
