Director Shareholding

Tricor has been informed that Sea Rock Holdings Limited, a company wholly owned and controlled by Chan Fook Meng, Executive Chairman of the Company, has today exercised its option to acquire 50 million warrants over ordinary shares in the Company from an existing warrant holder, as detailed in the announcement of 18 June 2013. The warrants were acquired for 5p each and are exercisable into 50 million ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 0.5p each any time before 31 December 2017.

Mr Chan's indirect beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 75,188 ordinary shares, representing 0.06% of Tricor's total issued share capital, and warrants to acquire a further 64,000,000 ordinary shares in Tricor (including 9,000,000 warrants held byNova Resources Limited of which Mr Chan is a director and has an approximately 43% interest). Mr Chan is also entitled to further ordinary shares in Tricor under the Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") (as announced on 10 January 2013), which is expected to be approximately 3,959,700 ordinary shares (assuming all creditors make a valid claim), although this amount may vary depending on final claims and allocations under the CVA. Such CVA shares are expected to be determined and distributed upon completion of the CVA.
