GAME Digital plc (the 'Company') Notification of Transactions of Directors

The Company announces that:

1. On 21 October 2015 Martyn Gibbs, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, notified the Company that on 21 October 2015, he purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 200.6 pence per Ordinary Share; and

2. On 21 October 2015 Mark Gifford, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, notified the Company that on 21 October 2015, he purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 200.6 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Martyn Gibbs has an interest in 1,459,911 Ordinary Shares and Mark Gifford has an interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.86% and 0.01% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital respectively. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1).
