The Company was informed on 9 April 2010 of the following purchase by a Director of the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence ("Ordinary Shares"):

Martin May, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 226 pence per share on 9 April 2010, following which he has a beneficial interest in 600,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.517 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
