APR Energy plc (the "Company")

Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities("PDMRs")

The Company announces the following transactions by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary 10p shares ("Shares").

Performance Awards under the Company's Share Award Plan 2012 ("SAP")

On 28 October 2013, the following PDMRs were granted awards under the SAP in the form of contingent awards. The Awards are rights to acquire Shares for nil or nominal consideration, subject to the rules of the SAP and to the satisfaction of the applicable performance targets. No consideration was payable on the grant of the Awards.

Vesting of the Awards under the SAP will normally require the holder to remain in employment with the Company for three years following the date of grant. In addition to such condition, vesting of the SAP Awards will depend upon the extent to which specified targets are met, relating to growth in the Company's EPS.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
