This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 1 May 2013, the following transactions over ordinary shares in the Company were made by Directors of the Company in London.

Mr A L Case and Mr J D Woyda

The Restricted Share Award granted to Mr A L Case and Mr J D Woyda on 1 May 2009 vested and 57,233 shares were transferred to Mr A L Case and 18,937 shares were transferred to Mr J Woyda on 1 May 2013.

In order to meet their tax liability which was incurred on day of vesting, Mr A L Case sold 27,066 shares and Mr J Woyda sold 8,956 shares at a price of £16.00 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr A L Case holds 90,901 Restricted shares representing 0.48% of the issued share capital, 290,143 Performance Related Options representing 1.5% of the issued share capital and 544,972 Ordinary shares representing 2.87% of the issued share capital.

Mr J Woyda holds 19,390 Restricted shares representing 0.1% of the issued share capital, 120,525 Performance Related Options representing 0.6% of the issued share capital and 38,280 Ordinary shares representing 0.2% of the issued share capital.

The Company was informed of these transactions on 1 May 2013.
