Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised on 11 January that earlier today Till Campe, Non-Executive Director, acquired 1,500 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of £2.45 per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Campe is interested in 1,790 Ordinary Shares, 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
