Director/PDMR Shareholdings: Notification under DTR 3.1.2 (R)

The Company was notified on 24 June 2008 of the following transactions by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and their Connected Persons.

On 23 June 2008, Aubrey Adams, non-executive chairman, purchased 2,500 shares at 815p. Following this transaction Mr Adams has an interest of 10,000 shares representing 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
