The Company received notification today that on 18 May 2012, William Catchpole, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 450,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.75 pence each.
Further to this transaction, William Catchpole continues to be interested in 2,319,979 ordinary shares, representing 7.3 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
