Purchase of shares
On 2 September 2010, Mr. Simon Constantine, a non-executive director of Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell" or the "Company"), informed the Company that he had purchased 14,000 Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 115p per Share. Following this purchase Mr. Constantine now owns 470,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.1% of the Company's issued Share capital.
