The Company was notified on 18 January 2018 that, on 16 January, Suzanne Watson, the wife of Dave Watson, a Director of the Company sold 626 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of 1726.0p per Share.
As a result of the above, Dave Watson's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 626 Shares.
