Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 31 August 2011 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 4,905 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 590 pence per Ordinary Share on 31 August 2011.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 24,309,079 Ordinary Shares (53.31%).
