Newmark Security PLC26 July 2006 Newmark Security PLC (the "Company") Director Shareholdings The Company was informed yesterday that non-executive Chairman Maurice Dwek(through his 51% owned company, Arbury Inc.) purchased 1,000,000 ordinary sharesin the Company yesterday at 0.95p per share. Arbury Inc. now holds 39,069,467shares, which represents 8.70% of the current issued share capital. Following a typographical error in the announcement on 24 July 2006, the Companyconfirms Alexander Reid's shareholding as 73,833,237 shares, which represents16.45% of the issued share capital.
