Ovoca was notified today that Mr. Timothy McCutcheon sold 280,000 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.125 each ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of Stg10.00p per share on 19 June 2012. Following this disposal, Mr. McCutcheon no longer has any interest in Ordinary Shares of the Company.
