Frontier Mining Ltd (AIM: FML), the AIM quoted copper exploration and development company focused on Kazakhstan, announces that Randy Eppler, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired a direct beneficial interest in 500,000 shares in Frontier on 13 December 2012. The shares were purchased at an average price of 2.12p by Mr Eppler.
Mr Eppler is now interested in 1,500,000 ordinary shares representing 0.08 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
