Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 12 May 2014 that Karin Mortstedt, the wife of Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company and therefore a connected person, purchased a total of 506 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,364 pence per Ordinary Share on 9 May 2014.

Following this transaction, the interest of Mr Mortstedt, combined with the interest of Mrs Mortstedt, in the Company following this transaction is 22,140,503 Ordinary Shares (51.15%).
