The Company was notified on 15 September 2017 that on the same day, David Nicholson, a PDMR of the Company, sold 325 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1910.0p per Share.
As a result, David Nicholson's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 325 Shares.
