Notification of a transaction by a director discharging managerial responsibility in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R1(a).

Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C., the worldwide market leader in the production and sale of automotive and motorcycle repair manuals, announces that it has received notification from the following director who has purchased ordinary 20p shares in the company.

On 4th November 2008, Mr John H Haynes OBE, Chairman, purchased 150,000 ordinary 20p shares in the Company at 150p per share.
