In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Neil Smith, a PDMR, on 20 September 2011 purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £0.92 through his self-invested pension fund. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is 326,309 which is 0.39% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
