The Company was advised today that, on 26 November 2008, Dermot Gleeson, Non-executive Chairman, acquired a further 5,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a purchase price of £0.79 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Dermot Gleeson owns 1,001,869 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.89% of issued Ordinary Share capital.
