Hochschild Mining plc ('the Company') announces that, Nigel Moore, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased 13,566 Ordinary Shares in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 176p per Share.
Following the purchase, which was made on the London Stock Exchange and notified to the Company on 13 March 2014, Mr Moore has a holding of 40,000 Shares.
