Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules 3.1.4RHochschild Mining plc ('the Company') announces that, Ignacio Bustamante, an Executive Director, has purchased 5,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company ('Shares') at a price of £2.947 per Share.The transaction, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, was effected and notified to the Company on 18 March 2013 and brings Mr Bustamante's total shareholding in the Company to 32,444 Shares.
