The Company was notified today that on 23 December 2008, Patrick Willink, Operations Director bought 7,646 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 76.74 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Partrick Willink and his connected parties has a notifiable interest in the Company of 42,765 Ordinary Shares representing 0.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
