Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that on 10 March 2014, Mr Bronek Masojada, a Director, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 5,467 ordinary shares of 5 55/89p each, which he has retained.

Following this transaction Mr. Masojada has a beneficial interest in 3,896,488 ordinary shares of 5 55/89p each of the Company.

This notice is made pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R.
