Director / PDMR Shareholding
Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 23 April 2013 Reg Hankey, Chief Executive, bought a further 100,000 shares in the Company at a price of 2p per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to a total of 7,536,719 shares.
