Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the "Scheme")

On 10 September 2014 employees were granted options under the Scheme over ordinary shares of the Company with an exercise price of 165.33 pence.

David Osborn, a PDMR, was granted an option over 2,177 shares under the Scheme which will not be exercisable until 1 November 2017.
