Director's subscription for shares

The Company announces that Nigel Kempner, executive director, has subscribed for 123,292 shares in the Company under the terms of a subscription agreement entered into with the Company on the acquisition of Grafton Advisors LLP in February 2012.

Following the allotment, Mr Kempner will hold a total of 0.22% of the Company's issued share capital.
