Dewhurst PLC09 July 2007 Dewhurst plc (the "Company") Director Shareholding The Company was informed on 6 July 2007 that a connected person to DavidDewhurst, a director of the Company, has on 6 July 2007 sold 6,000 'A'non-voting ordinary shares of 10p each ("A Shares") in the Company at a price of£1.78 each. David Dewhurst and his connected persons now hold 69,932 A Shares,representing 1.11% of the issued A Shares.
