Hamilton, Bermuda- The Company has been notified that on 16 June 2016 Mr. B E Masojada, a Director, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 188,772 ordinary shares of 6.5p each. The transaction took place in Switzerland.

Following this transaction Mr. Masojada has a beneficial interest in 3,195,150 ordinary shares of 6.5p each in the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R
