The Company has been informed that Craig Robinson, Finance Director, on 13 June 2008 acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 65.5 pence per share. Accordingly, Mr Robinson is now beneficially interested in 44,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.1 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
