Directors' interests in shares

Camco International Limited ("Camco"), a global emissions reduction company, announces that Jeff Kenna has today transferred 283,750 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares" - representing approximately 0.16 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital) from Overmoor Limited SSAS, of which Jeff Kenna is interested to personal ownership.

Jeff Kenna's total interest of 4,079,763 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 2.31% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital) remains unchanged following the transfer, of which 2,538,602 Ordinary Shares are held personally, 166,667 Ordinary Shares are held by Overmoor Limited and 1,374,494 Ordinary Shares are held by Overmoor Limited SSAS.
