PDMR's Shareholding
Mr D J Lanchester, Company Secretary and a PDMR of the Company, was awarded 3,571 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company under the Company's Long Service Award Scheme on 18 June 2010, based on a share price of 28p. The shares were transferred to him today from the Company's Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust.
Following the award of the shares, Mr Lanchester has a holding of 16,612 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company.
