Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 15 May 2014 Godfrey Davis, non-executive director, purchased 31,000 shares in the Company at a price of 157.75p per share.
Mr Davis had not previously held any shares in the Company. His holding now totals 31,000 shares representing approximately 0.33% of the issued share capital.
