NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that Mr Kevin Hayes, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 33,323 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 298p on Friday, 15 June 2018.
Following this purchase, Mr Hayes holds 318,298 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3877% of the total shareholding in the Company.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
