Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc, (AIM: COG), which specialises in computerised neuropsychological tests, was notified on 26 September of the following transactions in ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors.

 

Nick Kerton, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 55,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 65.5pence each. Following this notification, Mr Kerton now has a total beneficial interest of 72,285 Ordinary Shares representing 0.69% of the issued share capital of the Company.

 

Nick Walters, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 45,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 65.5pence each. Following this notification, Mr Walters has a total beneficial interest of 92,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.

 

Cambridge Cognition's capital consists of 16,930,556 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
