Victoria PLC ('Victoria' or 'Company') announces that, on 20 August 2012 it was informed Mr Roger Hoyle, non-executive director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 255.0p per share on 17 August 2012.
Following this purchase, Mr Hoyle has a total beneficial interest in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company which, are held in his personal SIPP.
