On 3 September 2014, Allister Langlands, a non-executive director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 penceeach ("Shares") in the capital of Exova Group plc ("Company") at an average price of £1.925 per Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Langlands' holding in the Company is 140,909 Shares.
