Gable Holdings Inc. (GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, announces that William Dewsall, Chief Executive Officer of Gable, yesterday acquired 217,600 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")at a price of 45.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction William Dewsall holds 24,867,622 Ordinary Shares, which represents 21.9 per cent. of the 113,322,000 Ordinary Shares in issue.
