Directors' / PDMR's Shareholdings 

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Mr Luiz Carvalho, an executive director of the Company, has acquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.

On 1 January 2012, Mr Carvalho acquired 363,312 Ordinary Shares on the vesting of a deferred bonus for the year ended 31 December 2008 which was disclosed in the accounts for that year. The shares were acquired for nil cost and will be transferred to Mr Carvalho by the trustees of the Company's employee benefit trust. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Carvalho has a notifiable interest in 1,657,006 Ordinary Shares representing 0.34 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
