Quadrise Fuels International PLC19 June 2006 Quadrise Fuels International plc ("Quadrise" or "the Company") Director's Shareholding In the admission document relating to the reverse takeover of Zareba plc byQuadrise International Limited dated 23 March 2006, the shareholding of AnthonyLowrie, a non-executive director, was disclosed as 25,851,705 ordinary shares of1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This holding incorrectly includedinterests of a number of parties connected to Mr Lowrie but not required to bedisclosed as part of his beneficial holdings in terms of the AIM Rules. The correct figure which should have been disclosed was 17,351,705 OrdinaryShares. Subsequent to the publication of the announcement, Mr Lowrie and his family (asdefined in the AIM Rules) have purchased Ordinary Shares as follows: On 20 April 2006, Mr Lowrie purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33peach. On 27 April 2006, Mr Lowrie purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33peach. On 28 April 2006, Mr Lowrie purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33peach. On 12 May 2006, Mr Lowrie's wife purchased 70,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of31p each. On 16 May 2006, Mr Lowrie purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 26peach. On 14 June 2006, Mr Lowrie purchased 125,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 22peach.
