Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that on 14 January 2016, Steve Mumford, Finance Director of Advantage Insurance Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, transferred 56,686 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to his spouse, Helen Mumford for nil consideration.

Following the transfer Mr Mumford no longer has a direct interest in Ordinary Shares but has an indirect interest in those owned by Mrs Mumford, representing approximately 0.01% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
