Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that Peter Page, Chief Executive of Devro, has today acquired 10,000 Devro plc 10p Ordinary Shares ("Shares") at a price of 318.5 pence per Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Page and his Connected Persons hold 672,440 Shares, being 0.403% of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.

The purchase was made on the London Stock Exchange.
